Together, we have 3500 employees working for the centers who are spread across the globe in: Brazil (Ribeirão Preto), Philippines (Manila), Egypt (Cairo), Ukraine (L'viv), Ghana (Accra), Portugal (Lisbon), South Asia (Gurugram) & Paraguay (Asuncion). Each of the centers deliver total service quality (TSQ) through partnership for improvement with businesses and functions, economies of scale and competitiveness through specialization, standardization and automation, flexible and market centric network world-wide business services in specific areas, which consistently meet quality requirements.

Nestlé Business Services Lisbon (NBS Lisbon) is one of the eight, in total, Nestlé Global Business Shared Service centers and provides services in the areas of Order to Cash, Source to Pay and Digital and Social Media. We have more than 30 nationalities in the Center and the number of functional languages used in the Center are 11 & include: Portuguese, English, Spanish, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, French, Dutch, Italian & German, where English is a mandatory language.
