Nestlé Business Services Lisbon (NBS Lisbon) is one of the Nestlé Shared Service Centers around the world that provides services to Nestlé Group, such as Finance, Consumer Engagement, Digital Marketing, Procurement, Trade Assets... and we keep expanding our services’ portfolio.

Key program operations:
- Finance - Order to Cash operations - If you are interested in the Finance field.
- Digital Marketing - If you are digital savvy and passionate about the Digital world.
- Consumer Engament Services - If you are interested in Customer Service.
- Procurement & Logistics - If you want to understand more about the global market.
Trainees will have the opportunity to acquire skills and knowledge through on-the-job experience and continuous training. It will be an internship in which you will be able to experience different activities in one of our key program operations.

Taking part in Proud to Play was a dream come true and a great opportunity to grow both professionally and personally! Nestlé is a huge company that gives us the opportunity to learn in an international and open environment. I had the opportunity to know better the CRM area, to put in practice my knowledge with autonomy and freedom and to work with an incredible team that was always ready to help throughout my journey as a trainee.
Proud to Play was my starting point at NBS Lisbon. It made me grow and it prepared me for the upcoming challenges in my life. I was part of a dynamic, professional, and multicultural team, who was always available to support me during the internship. I developed a lot of new skills which were essential throughout the program and will also be useful during my professional career at NBS Lisbon. It was a remarkable experience and I feel proud to be part of this big team!
Setting off my journey at NBS Lisbon in the Proud to Play programme was crucial as it allowed me to build strong connections with the team and to acquire new knowledge every day. Proud to Play provided practical experience which sharpened my problem-solving and decision-making skills and helped me understand the industry dynamics and the company culture, which contributed to my professional development.
